Terms and Conditions

1. Please note that tables are reserved for a duration of 90 minutes. If you feel you need longer than this, please email us at contact@limacantina.com.au

2. Please note that half of our seating is outdoors. Tables are allocated according to availability on the day and are not guaranteed. If you have a request for the position of your table you will need to call the venue to check availability.

3. Cancellation or Late arrival – Booked tables are held for 15 minutes. Tables will be held from the time of the booking before they are given away after 15 minutes.

4. If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Lima Cantina is committed to providing an enjoyable hospitality experience for our customers. We rely on reservations being honoured, or having adequate notice given for any changes.

5. There is one table in the venue suitable for 8 people that is located on the Alfresco. For bookings larger than 8 people please call the restaurant to arrange table allocation and set menu options. 

6. In the case of special event bookings (including but not limited to functions, large group bookings, and special occasions such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day) – the cancellation fee may be up to 100% of the ticket price of any such event.

7. Any dietary requirements will be catered for by the venue as best as possible. We can only provide adjustments that are already noted on the menu. We are unable to take responsibility for any guest who do not advise on food allergies & dietary requirements prior to the dated booking.

8. 15% service charge is applicable all Public Holidays.

9. Surcharge for card transaction fee is paid by the customer and the fee amount / % is dependent on the customer's institution.

10. We do not supply high chairs as we are a small venue.

11. We're also fully licensed, so no BYO.

12. Upon completion of your reservation, one bill will be presented to the table. Bills can be paid in full via one guest or split evenly amongst all guests. We do not offer separate billing or “pay as you go” or “order at the bar” so please arrange a suitable procedure with your guests prior to your booking.

13. There will be no exceptions for responsible service of alcohol.

14. Customers cannot stick decorations on the walls in the venue. Any party accessories for a table must be taken away by the customer at the end of a booking. 

15. The venue charges $20 cakeage fee.
